About Buffalo United Martial Arts Academy
Buffalo United Martial Arts Academy (BUMA) trains in downtown Buffalo, New York and has been a member of Essential BJJ under professor JT Torres since 2021. Its timetable runs 6am gi and no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu five weekdays, evening no-gi, fundamental submission wrestling, Muay Thai for adults and kids, judo on Tuesday nights, boxing on Sunday lunchtimes, Kru Fit cardio, Saturday family classes and a Sunday morning competition class. Six instructors cover the disciplines, including two BJJ black belts under Chuck Anzalone, a WTBA-certified Muay Thai kru, a judo shodan and a Golden Gloves-medalling boxing coach.
