About EFF - Elite Fight Force
Elite Fight Force (EFF) on Carlingford St in Sefton, south-west Sydney, was established in 2017 and grew from boxing classes into a full combat sports gym covering boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and strength and conditioning. The weekly timetable runs kids boxing, beginner and advanced boxing, men's BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai and long daytime open mat and personal training blocks, with the gym closed Sundays. Its BJJ and grappling coach, known as Volks, is a black belt specialising in no-gi with 14 years' training and a Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling background, and coaches the EFF fight team including Hany Sbat.
