First 2 Strike is a family-friendly dojo in Figtree, Wollongong (with a second venue in Woonona) teaching self-defence mixed martial arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to kids, teens and adults with no lock-in contracts. Classes are age-banded: Kid Strikers (4-6), Junior Strikers (7-10), Adult/Teen Strikers, BJJ Strikers Kids (7-12) and BJJ Strikers Adults/Teens.
