Carlson Gracie Omaha / Coyote BJJ Team is an intentionally small Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Omaha, Nebraska, opened in 2022 by Professor Josh Santarpia and affiliated with the Carlson Gracie Team since July 2023 through Professor Daniel "Coyote" Souza. Santarpia earned his black belt under Souza in 2021 and is by day a professor of microbiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Memberships cover BJJ, a yoga-for-BJJ class taught by Natasha Fields and 24-hour fitness access; classes are beginner-friendly for adults and teens and competition is optional.
