About Park's Martial Arts Academy
Park's Martial Arts Academy has taught in Billings, Montana for over 45 years, founded in the 1980s by Grand Master Park — a five-time South Korean national judo champion, silver medallist at the Judo World Championships and former Olympic judo coach for the Netherlands, who came to the United States in 1978. The academy teaches Taekwondo, judo, hapkido, weapons and self-defense to ages two and up, with pre-K skills classes, homeschool and co-op sessions, a demo team, private coaching and adaptive classes centred on autistic and neurodivergent students. Grand Master Park is president of the American Jungdo Federation, the regional family of schools he founded.
