About Eagle Gym

Eagle Gym is an old-school iron gym in St. Louis, Missouri built around powerlifting, bodybuilding and strongman, with competition-grade equipment, a deadlift platform, chalk allowed and 24/7 access by smartphone. Alongside the weight floor it runs a Boxing & MMA training programme -- boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai -- with classes six days a week under Coach Jared, sold as a separate monthly add-on that includes unlimited classes and two one-on-one sessions a month. Personal weight training is offered by an NSCA-certified trainer with a stated philosophy of making clients self-sufficient rather than permanently coached. The gym recently changed ownership.
