It runs gi and no-gi BJJ from 6:30am through the evening, beginner gi classes, live rolling sessions, Muay Thai kickboxing, and an invite-only MMA program, with kids classes Monday to Thursday from age four and no upper age limit. Visitors can watch a class unannounced, and the gym advertises a family plan plus first responder and military discounts.
