Lion Martial Arts Academy in Grand Rapids, Michigan teaches Wing Chun Kung Fu, kickboxing and self-defence under Sifu Terrell, who holds a Red Sash — the highest level — in the art through the International Wing Chun Martial Arts Association, trained in the Ip Man lineage under Sifu Sam Hing Fai Chan, and has medalled repeatedly in Michigan point and continuous sparring tournaments. Alongside the adult Kung Fu class it runs Little Lion's Kung Fu for children, LMAA Kickboxing, personal training and self-defence sessions, and its students have taken more than 30 tournament medals in six years including a four-time state champion.
