About AMP BJJ Baton Rouge

AMP BJJ is a family-focused Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy with four locations — three around Austin, Texas and one on Perkins Road in Baton Rouge — training more than 500 families. Its programmes are Preschool BJJ (3-5), Youth BJJ (6-13), Teens & Adults (14+), a national-level competition team, and its flagship Family Class where parents and children train together on one mat at one time. Kids classes are wrapped in Winning Ways, a 12-week life-skills curriculum covering respect, courage, teamwork and time management through mat chats and take-home assignments; coaches are background-checked and CPR and SafeSport certified.
