31Six Martial Arts in Wichita, KS trains seven days a week in Brazilian jiu-jitsu (gi and no-gi, fundamentals through competition prep), kickboxing, cardio and conditioning, and MMA, with kids programs from age 4 — Little Ninjas at 4-6, Juniors at 7-12 — and weekend family classes. The BJJ and MMA programs are led by Coach Cody, a black belt under Shawn Williams of Renzo Gracie and a former Division II wrestler with a 9-1 amateur MMA record; kickboxing and MMA striking are led by David Rickels, a 23-fight Bellator veteran with a 21-6 professional record. There is a Sunday morning open mat and a Saturday open spar for adults, and the first class is free.
