Boise Combat Sports runs jiu-jitsu, K-1 kickboxing, women's-only kickboxing, Olympic-style taekwondo and judo under one roof in Boise, Idaho. Adults train jiu-jitsu at 6am and in fundamentals, no-gi and competition slots through the evening, kickboxing runs recreational and competition classes, kids aged 4-12 train jiu-jitsu three afternoons a week including a no-gi day, and members get a Saturday open gym. The academy runs a four-week beginner jiu-jitsu programme in fixed intakes, monthly in-house master classes on single techniques, and fields competitors at IBJJF opens and local grappling and Muay Thai events. A week of full-access unlimited training costs $19.99.
