About Relson Gracie Team Papakolea Jiu-Jitsu
Relson Gracie Team Papakolea Jiu-Jitsu (TPJJ) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Honolulu, Hawaii, founded in January 2005 by Professor Kaleo Auwae, a 6th-degree black belt under Grandmaster Relson Gracie. Born and raised in Papakolea, Auwae began training under Relson Gracie in 1994 and teaches the traditional Relson Gracie approach built on fundamentals, technical precision and self-defense. The academy welcomes all ages and experience levels and now runs two Honolulu locations - the original at the Papakolea Community Development Center, 2150 Tantalus Drive, and a second in Kaka'ako one block from SALT. Visitors are welcome to drop in at either.
