About HNL JIU JITSU ACADEMY
HNL Jiu Jitsu Academy is a Relson Gracie Association school at 820 West Hind Drive, Suite 1227 in the Aina Haina Shopping Center, East Honolulu, teaching self-defense and sport jiu-jitsu plus fitness training to children and adults six days a week, in group classes and private lessons. Kids classes are split into beginner and advanced streams on two mats, with a Friday kids competition training class; adults have beginner, mixed-level and advanced gi classes, no-gi, a teen no-gi class and a Thursday morning women's gi class. Head instructor Kayle Quinn is a fifth degree black belt who has trained under Grandmaster Relson Gracie - the second son of Helio Gracie, who established the Relson Gracie Academy in Honolulu in 1988 - for over 25 years.
