About F3 Training Center (Bad Apple MMA)
F3 Training Center (Bad Apple MMA) at 2326 Francis St. in Columbus, GA combines a martial arts academy with a full fitness floor, offering MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and boxing alongside personal training and nutrition coaching. It is the home of the Outsiders Fight Team, the Belflowers Boxing program and the Bad Apple Women's Fitness program, and runs classes seven days a week with open gym access outside class hours. Head MMA coach "Prof. Joe" is a Bellator veteran and a BJJ black belt under world champion Rodrigo "Poderoso" De Souza — his first American black belt.
