Deep Roots Jiu Jitsu at 35 Summerlin Lane, Suites 101 and 102 in St. Augustine, FL is a family-focused Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school with separate kids, youth, adults and women's programs, teaching traditional gi BJJ with a fundamentals-first method. Head Professor Tony Souza is a 5th degree black belt with more than two decades of teaching who has owned and led multiple academies and mentored instructors; founder Professor Jonas Fernandes is a 1st degree black belt with 20 years on the mats, tournament rankings and an MMA background including four professional bouts.
