About Sheffield Self-Defence Jiu-jitsu
Sheffield Jiu-Jitsu (Dronfield) is the sole UK institution teaching the Valente Brothers' Fighting Foundations(TM) curriculum (Helio Gracie / non-sport Gracie Jiu-Jitsu lineage). Head instructor Chris Charalambous is the only UK Valente Brothers accredited Black Belt. Programs include Fighting Foundations, Juniors and Women's Self-defence.
