About First State Boxing

First State Boxing is a community boxing gym at 23 Cochran Land in Camden, Delaware, established in 2020 by founder and head coach "Coach Ant", who has more than 20 years in the sport as a competitive fighter and as a coach of beginners, amateurs, professionals and Olympians. It runs kids classes for ages 5-13 and adult all-levels classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus 1-on-1 private sessions by appointment, and serves Camden, Dover, Smyrna and Milford. Its fighters include a Team USA boxer preparing for a professional debut and a state-ranked high school boxer.
