About Renzo Gracie Bjj - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy
Renzo Gracie Colorado is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy at 3639 Star Ranch Rd in Colorado Springs, teaching the Renzo Gracie curriculum to adults and to two kids' bands — Little Grapplers (5-7) and Youth (8-12). It leans heavily on beginners and older starters, with an emphasis on safe instruction, self-defense and bully awareness rather than competition, and also runs birthday parties and corporate team building days. Head instructor Professor Avi Kashub has over 25 years on the mats, having started with the Carlson Gracie Team in 1995 and earned his black belt at the Renzo Gracie Training Center in Weston, Florida.
