About Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Cañon City
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Cañon City is a Gracie University Certified Training Center in Cañon City, CO, open since 2019 and described on the Gracie site as southern Colorado's second longest-running CTC. It teaches the four standard Gracie programmes: Gracie Combatives for beginner adults, the Master Cycle for blue belts and above, Gracie Bullyproof for children aged 3-12 across four age bands, and Women Empowered, the women's self-defense programme, which it also runs as free public seminars. Private lessons are available outside class times, and its head instructor is certified in every Gracie University programme including Safewrap and GST Levels 1 and 2.
