It is run by owner and instructor Nick 'The Brick' Bustamante, a retired professional MMA fighter with a 13-5 record and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who is also head coach at Dethrone MMA and has over 15 years of coaching experience. He holds personal training, group fitness, weight-loss transformation and corrective exercise certifications, and the site runs one-hour semi-private session slots Monday through Saturday.
