Professor Andre Freire, a 3rd degree black belt from Ceara, Brazil with 20+ years of practice and a degree in Physical Education from UNIFOR, leads the academy; he joined the Carlson Gracie Team under Professor Manny Soares in South Florida in 2018 and moved to Tucson in 2020.
